Job Description

We are seeking a Change Lead to define and deliver change management activities across complex transformation programmes in the UK and Europe. This role will focus on leading the people side of large-scale SAP-enabled transformations, ensuring organisations successfully adopt new systems, processes and ways of working. You will work closely with programme leadership, delivery teams and senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver structured change approaches that enable successful adoption of SAP programmes, including S/4HANA implementations. The role combines hands-on delivery with stakeholder advisory and programme engagement, supporting organisations through periods of significant transformation.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design and delivery of change strategies across large-scale SAP transformation programmes, including S/4HANA implementations
  • Lead change impact assessments and organisational readiness planning to ensure programmes are supported by clear and structured change approaches
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across complex programme environments, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and alignment sessions to support agreement on programme goals, future-state processes and new ways of working
  • Design and oversee the delivery of role-based training approaches that help users understand and adopt new systems and processes
  • Track adoption, change progress and organisational readiness across transformation programmes
  • Partner with Programme Directors, PMO teams and workstream leads to ensure change is integrated into programme governance and delivery

Requirements

  • Experience in change management, transformation consulting or programme delivery
  • Experience supporting change within large enterprise technology programmes, ideally SAP or ERP transformations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience working within complex programme environments or consulting settings
