Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. The role involves collaboration, project management, training, process improvement, and strategic initiatives within change implementation.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in less complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation
Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations
establish timelines, and track ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement
exercise independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
Identify, and provide effective training methods
Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues
exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance

Requirements:

2+ years of Change Implementation experience
work experience
training
military experience
education

Nice to have:

Advanced level experience & knowledge of Lockbox product and services
Experience implementing GPL Lockbox services including onboarding tools WICE and AES
Experience in managing partner relationships including sales, product, and operations teams
Advanced customer focus and demonstrated past achievements applying a customer mindset to shape strategies and action plans
Highly organized individual who can establish and successfully drive results against goals
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
