Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant to join the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) line of business. This role involves participating in complex Treasury Management initiatives, implementing new processes, applying project management methodology, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support change implementation requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in complex Treasury Management initiatives
Identify and implement opportunities for new processes
Apply project management skills and methodology to facilitate complex implementations
Review knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement
Provide effective customer training methods
Participate in process improvement or product development
Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues
Collaborate with peers, sales partners, management, technology, and compliance

Requirements:

2+ years of Change Implementation experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Project management skills or experience
Overview and clear understanding of Treasury Management Product Knowledge
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
