Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant in the Payables Technical Data Analyst group within the Global Payments and Liquidity (GPL) group in Enterprise Functions. This role participates in complex initiatives and identifies opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation
Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
Identify, and provide effective training methods
Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance

Requirements:

2+ years of Change Implementation experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience reading and analyzing industry standard file formats (EDI, XML, ISO, etc.)
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint Online, WebMethods, Designer, and Connexion
Experience in Data Analysis, Data mapping, UAT/QA Testing, and SDLC
Financial Electronic Commerce experience (ACH, Wire payments, domestic and international payments)
Experience creating file translation mapping documentation and/or detailed functional requirements
Proven experience in problem solving, attention to detail, and root cause analysis in a technical environment
Ability to communicate in a professional, accurate and clear manner to technical, non-technical, peers, and management contacts
Ability to work in a high pressure, complex and changing environment with multiple tasks and projects on different platforms
Experience as a liaison between sales/product & development teams

Nice to have:

Experience reading and analyzing industry standard file formats, specifically as relates to payment processing (i.e. EDI, XML, ISO, etc.)
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint Online, WebMethods, Designer, and Connexion
Experience in Data Analysis, Data mapping, UAT/QA Testing, and SDLC
Financial Electronic Commerce experience (ACH, Wire payments and other payment transactions including both domestic and international)
Experience creating file translation mapping documentation and/or detailed functional requirements
Proven experience in problem solving, attention to detail, and root cause analysis in a technical environment
Ability to communicate in a professional, accurate and clear manner to a variety of internal and external contacts (technical, non-technical, peers, management)
Ability to work in a high pressure, complex and changing environment with multiple tasks and projects on different platforms
