As a Product Change Leader, you lead Project Change Control Boards (CCBs) consisting of 7+ cross‑sector stakeholders. You are responsible for the efficient and effective execution of product changes within a complex, dynamic environment. In this role, you develop and coach project teams to successfully deliver changes impacting scope, quality, and timing, while ensuring alignment across development and operations.
Job Responsibility
Lead Project Change Control Boards (CCBs) consisting of 7+ cross-sector stakeholders
Ensure efficient and effective execution of product changes
Develop and coach project teams to successfully deliver changes impacting scope, quality, and timing
Ensure project alignment with the configuration management process
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across sectors and with global counterparts
Direct, develop, and coach project stakeholders
Prepare and manage Change Requests (CRs) and Change Notifications (CNs) for implementation
Coordinate dependencies across multiple notifications
Compile change requests impacting the same documentation and effectivity
Structure changes to maximize end-item traceability and minimize implementation costs
Facilitate both Full Track and Fast Track changes
Prepare agendas for and chair Change Control Board (CCB) meetings
Assess and balance workload implications prior to releasing notifications for CCB implementation
Initiate, monitor, and control the implementation of approved change notifications
Drive execution in close alignment with the Project Lead(s) and/or Product Development Manager
Monitor and proactively intervene when master schedule changes or product definition updates impact dependent notifications
Safeguard and consistently apply the CM@ASML policy
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of CM@ASML practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Configuration Management
5+ years of hands-on configuration management experience
Proven configuration change management expertise with complex Bills of Materials
Experience working within Development and/or Operations environments supporting product changes
Strong project coordination and implementation planning capabilities, with the ability to anticipate development and operational impacts
