Job Description

Are you experienced in driving change across complex tech organisations and comfortable influencing senior leadership? This 5-month maternity cover role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a large, international tech organisation, helping bring transparency, efficiency, and standardisation to IT products and services across multiple domains. You’ll operate in a highly strategic environment, bridging central governance with local tech teams, while shaping how products, services, and delivery models are defined and implemented.

Job Responsibility

  • Engaging with Tech domains across the organisation to facilitate and support transparency and efficiency improvements
  • Translating central goals into relevant, low-bureaucracy domain implementations
  • Actively managing stakeholders from engineering level up to C-suite, steering alignment and decision-making
  • Safeguarding correct implementation of the digital product data model, with focus on: Product and service definitions (aligned with product catalogue and standards teams)
  • Methodologies for backlog management and programme steering
  • Organisational structure and delivery model alignment
  • Identifying and introducing opportunities for acceleration through tools, methods, and ways of working

Requirements

  • 5-10 years’ experience in change and delivery within an Agile environment
  • Strong understanding of IT landscapes, delivery flows, and operating models
  • Proven experience influencing and advising C-level stakeholders
  • Solid product management experience
  • Consultancy background, including running workshops, roadmaps, and model deliveries across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong lean, analytical, and operating-model capabilities
  • High organisational sensitivity and ability to navigate complex structures
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Curious, improvement-driven, and eager to continuously learn
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to build trust at senior leadership level
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
