Job Description:

We are seeking a Change Enablement Specialist to support the successful execution of change initiatives as part of our SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will be responsible for coordinating change enablement activities, supporting change enablement deliverables, and ensuring alignment between change efforts and overall project milestones. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience managing multiple workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and supporting governance activities in large-scale transformation projects. By partnering with Change Managers and cross-functional teams, this role will help drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and seamless project execution to maximize adoption and minimize disruption during the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support change initiatives: Assist senior change managers in rolling out organizational changes (new systems, restructures, mergers)
  • Communication & engagement: Draft communications, prepare presentations, and ensure stakeholders are informed
  • Training support: Help design or deliver training sessions to ease adoption of new processes and build awareness
  • Impact analysis: Conduct assessments to identify how changes affect employees, processes, and systems, and who specifically is impacted
  • Documentation & reporting: Maintain change logs, track progress, and prepare status updates
  • Administrative support: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and provide logistical support for change efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, change management or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience organizational change or project management, preferably in ERP implementations
  • Strong written and verbal communication
