Do you want to impact Hotels across your Region? If yes, our Regional Change Delivery Coach position might be the right next move for you. This role will involve extensive travel around the London area. Your Purpose At Travelodge, we are warm, straightforward, and optimistic. We have a massive footprint across the UK, but we’ve kept our small-company feel. We are looking for Regionally aligned Change Delivery Coaches to lead the charge in landing strategic initiatives across our hotels, ensuring our teams don’t just 'do' change, but truly embed it into their daily DNA. We want all levels of our Hotel teams to feel excited by the change and have the tools and skills to implement it right first time every time. As a Regional Change Delivery Coach, you are the bridge between big-picture strategy and front-line excellence. You will work hand-in-hand with Regional Directors, Area Managers, and Hotel Managers to ensure new ways of working are impactful, sustainable, and 'feel different' for our hotel teams.
