Requirements:
Successfully delivering complex digital transformation programmes, ideally large-scale ERP or major IT implementations
Translating operating model and system changes into actionable change delivery plans (e.g., communication strategy, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, training plans)
Building executive-level credibility and managing stakeholders effectively
Applying change management methodologies and designing impactful interventions
Leading organisational change and digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
Working with Agile methodologies and cultural change frameworks
Leveraging a strong academic foundation (e.g., MSc/MBA) with analytical and planning expertise
Operating across multiple geographies and sectors with ease
Holding preferred certifications such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
Full professional proficiency in Dutch is mandatory
4–10 years in change management and transformation leadership
