Requirements

  • Successfully delivering complex digital transformation programmes, ideally large-scale ERP or major IT implementations
  • Translating operating model and system changes into actionable change delivery plans (e.g., communication strategy, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, training plans)
  • Building executive-level credibility and managing stakeholders effectively
  • Applying change management methodologies and designing impactful interventions
  • Leading organisational change and digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Working with Agile methodologies and cultural change frameworks
  • Leveraging a strong academic foundation (e.g., MSc/MBA) with analytical and planning expertise
  • Operating across multiple geographies and sectors with ease
  • Holding preferred certifications such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
  • Full professional proficiency in Dutch is mandatory
  • 4–10 years in change management and transformation leadership
