Job Responsibility

Building and configuring the benefit schemes for clients using internal/external configurable platforms, against business requirements
Working closely with the System Analyst/Business Analyst/ Data Analyst, providing support against internal user acceptance testing and user acceptance testing defects
Responsible for improving quality in both the delivery of change and business as usual activities
Detailed knowledge of their client’s flexible benefit plan enabling them to support the client and the internal team
