Requirements

5–7 years of experience in change management, project management, and/or business analysis within a consulting or corporate environment
Expertise in delivering large-scale change initiatives with proven success in driving adoption and sustainability
Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation communication skills

Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio

Mitigate risks and manage issues with proactive solutions to minimize disruption
Measure success of adoption and sustainment efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
