Are you a proactive Change Analyst looking to make a tangible impact within a complex, large-scale operational environment? This 6-month initial contract offers a unique opportunity to lead critical change activities and drive organisational readiness for a major program of work. You will join a team focused on delivering sustainable, efficient solutions while navigating a sophisticated, industrially sensitive landscape. With a strong likelihood of extension, this role is perfect for a specialist who thrives on building stakeholder buy-in and translating high-level requirements into successful business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver end-to-end change activities including assessment, analysis, and documentation to ensure the successful implementation of program objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments using established methodologies such as PROSCI/ADKAR to support management activities
  • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics while proactively identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
  • Collaborate with HR, IR, LD, Communications, and other operational business groups to deliver an integrated people change service
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance project delivery and resolve engagement issues

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in change management
  • Proven experience managing change within a highly industrialised or complex operational landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to drive project milestones and deadlines while balancing the diverse needs of multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong proficiency in change management methodologies and the ability to coach or mentor team members in these practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and write fluently for diverse audiences
  • Must be a Sydney based candidate with full working rights to work in Australia
