Job Responsibility:
Deliver end-to-end change activities including assessment, analysis, and documentation to ensure the successful implementation of program objectives
Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments using established methodologies such as PROSCI/ADKAR to support management activities
Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics while proactively identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
Collaborate with HR, IR, LD, Communications, and other operational business groups to deliver an integrated people change service
Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance project delivery and resolve engagement issues
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in change management
Proven experience managing change within a highly industrialised or complex operational landscape
Demonstrated ability to drive project milestones and deadlines while balancing the diverse needs of multiple stakeholder groups
Strong proficiency in change management methodologies and the ability to coach or mentor team members in these practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and write fluently for diverse audiences
Must be a Sydney based candidate with full working rights to work in Australia
