Change Analyst

The Change Analyst Role will involve developing communications for the change and engagement plan, stakeholder engagement, assisting with training, understanding current and future HR processes across the employee lifecycle, and developing user guides. This position plays a critical role in capturing and articulating business impacts, ensuring traceability in scope and outcomes. The role reports to the Change & Transformation Lead and works closely with Stream Leads across the HRIS Workday Program in areas such as Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, and others.
