We are seeking two experienced Change Analysts to support the successful adoption of a new enterprise solution within a complex environment. In this 12-month contract, you will focus on assessing change impacts, supporting business readiness, and ensuring stakeholders are seamlessly transitioned to new systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a people-centered professional to contribute to a large-scale digital transformation and deliver consistent, high-quality change outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct detailed change impact assessments across business areas, roles, processes, and systems
Support the development and reporting of business readiness assessments and go-live criteria
Contribute to the creation of change management artefacts, including adoption plans and learning materials
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, briefings, and engagement activities to drive adoption
Assist in the development and deployment of learning assets such as quick reference guides and job aids
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar change analyst capacity
Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives within project environments
Proven ability to conduct change impact assessments and support business readiness activities
Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, and facilitation skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, for creating change assets
Nice to have:
Experience in using a range of software products such as SharePoint Online administration, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Visio, Viva Engage, Forms, and so on
