Job Responsibility:
Support the implementation of HR and Payroll change management strategies, ensuring alignment with transformation goals
Assist in conducting change impact assessments to identify workforce, role, and process changes
Coordinate and track stakeholder engagement activities to ensure HR leaders and employees remain informed
Support the development of training programs and track completion rates to measure readiness
Track and manage change adoption metrics, gathering feedback to identify specific areas for improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Change Analyst within HR transformation or business process change projects
Previous experience supporting HR or Payroll system implementations, such as SAP SuccessFactors, HCM, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills to manage change adoption metrics and prepare progress reports for leadership
Familiarity with change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's Change Model
Excellent written communication skills for developing documentation, FAQs, and executive presentations
