Job Description

Assist attorneys in all phases of complex commercial litigation, particularly Court of Chancery matters. Draft, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, correspondence, and discovery materials. Prepare filings and manage e-filing in Delaware courts. Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation binders. Track deadlines, hearings, and case developments; manage calendars and case management systems. Conduct factual and procedural review of court dockets and filings. Review and process documents for production. Assist with deposition preparation, hearings, and trial preparation. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Support attorneys with bankruptcy-related matters. Accurately track and record billable time. Assist in the management of the Delaware office.
