Chalet Host (Ultimate Service)

• Preparing the dining area, warmly welcoming and seating guests, and taking orders for hot food and beverages
• Presenting a light meal comprising one sweet and one savoury item, accompanied by drinks as requested by guests
• Delivering a formal dining experience, including canapés, a bespoke chef-designed menu tailored to guests’ preferences, and expertly paired wines
• Conducting a thorough weekly changeover clean of the entire property and a midweek linen change
• Providing daily housekeeping for all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living areas and the spa area
• Ensuring the back-of-house and laundry areas remain clean, well-organised, and efficient
• Daily evening turndown service
• Proactively engaging with guests to address queries and fulfil special requests promptly
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues accurately and in a timely manner to the chalet manager
• Upholding hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies
• Supporting and enhancing relationships with local suppliers where appropriate
• Providing the in-resort driving service for guests as needed
• Demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability and actively supporting Consensio’s environmental initiatives.

Must have the legal right to work in France, either through an EU passport or a valid Carte de Séjour.
