Job Description:

Aquent Studios is expanding its managed service capacity to support the Google Platforms & Devices Visual Design/CAR (Core Asset Renders) team. In this high-impact partnership, we don’t just execute — we innovate. Our goal is to deliver best-in-class global product representations that meet Google’s “Simple, Confident, and Delightful” design ethos while reinforcing Pixel as a premium global brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end production of high-fidelity 3D product renders, ensuring the “highest point of expression” for Pixel’s marketing campaigns
  • Drive the end-to-end process of accounting for renders—from collecting meticulous requirements from marketing stakeholders to managing the back-and-forth of asset iterations
  • Act as the primary interface within a massive and complex organization, translating marketing needs into technical CGI/VFX briefs for internal and external teams
  • Maintain an obsessive “eye” for detail and quality, ensuring every render meets Google’s premium hardware standards and Digital Design aesthetic
  • Less focused on on-set production and more focused on the Product VFX lifecycle, managing the flow of renders across digital, social, video, and OOH channels
  • Foster a high-performing environment by working closely with strategy, finance, and regional retail teams to prioritize and execute high-volume bi-annual launch cycles
  • Optimize production workflows to handle massive asset volume and seasonality, ensuring maximum efficiency without sacrificing creative resonance

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in Digital Product Design and CGI production, specifically for premium consumer electronics or high-end tech brands
  • Proven ability to navigate a global technology ecosystem, managing complex stakeholder requirements and vendor relationships
  • A background in VFX as it relates to Product Design—the ability to see beyond the “shot” and focus on the perfection of the “product.”
  • A proactive self-starter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to manage the day-to-day “accounting” of high-volume asset renders
  • Previous experience at a top-tier agency or in-house at a major tech brand is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite and the technical requirements of 3D/CGI render pipelines
