CGI Creative Project Manager

• End-to-End Asset Management: Lead multiple, concurrent 3D imagery projects from initial intake through creative development, feedback loops, asset routing, and final delivery/cataloging within the DAM
• Strategic Communication: Clearly articulate expectations and action items for 3D artists, modelers, and stakeholders
• monitor progress against plans while tracking resources and budgets
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks
• negotiate schedules and manage stakeholder expectations with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Performance Reporting: Keep leadership informed through detailed reporting, interpreting data to make actionable recommendations for workflow optimization
• Collaboration: Foster strong relationships across multi-disciplinary teams, serving as the bridge between technical 3D production and broader marketing goals

• 4+ years in a project management role, specifically working with cross-functional stakeholders and creative talent (e.g., 3D modelers, digital artists, art directors, or stylists)
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale marketing campaigns and high-volume asset production
• Superior skills in timeline development, risk assessment, resource allocation, and prioritization
• Experience with Airtable required
• A background in 3D models or 3D project workflows (CGI, AR, or digital rendering) is considered a significant plus
