Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive annual budget and partner with department leaders to drive thoughtful planning and fiscal accountability
  • Oversee the full audit process and ensure timely, high‑quality financial statements and reporting
  • Manage internal and external reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with all applicable regulations and funding guidelines
  • Direct revenue‑related functions such as billing and collections, focusing on accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor cash flow, optimize investment strategies, and oversee debt‑related activities to support long‑term financial stability
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to help guide executive‑level decision‑making
  • Lead core financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

Requirements:
