Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CFO to join our team. Based in Newark, New Jersey, this role involves managing our financial operations, overseeing our accounting systems, and ensuring our financial processes are efficient and accurate.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise the application of basic algebra and geometry concepts in financial calculations
Process and manage financial data input on computer systems efficiently
Handle business correspondence, write reports, and develop procedure manuals
Analyze and interpret general business periodicals, detail-oriented journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
Manage and maintain accurate records of cash flow analysis and capital management
Be accountable for auditing and accounting functions
Communicate effectively with various groups including managers, clients, customers, and the public, responding to their queries
Use accounting software systems and CRM for efficient financial management
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Requirements:

Proven experience with 3M
Proficiency in various Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Ability to handle Business Systems effectively
Extensive knowledge of CRM
Solid understanding of Accounting Functions
Demonstrated experience in Auditing
Sound knowledge of Budget Processes
Proficiency in Capital Management
Deep understanding of Cash Flow Analysis
