CFO

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that support the company's long-term goals
• Identify and implement growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and financial optimizations within the retail sector
• Offer innovative solutions to potential challenges such as demand fluctuations, international sourcing, and inventory management
• Direct the annual budgeting process and maintain accurate financial forecasts
• Work in close collaboration with operations and sales teams to align budgets with material costs, supply chain demands, and market trends
• Oversee compliance, accounting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and insights to the executive team, stakeholders, and board members
• Identify and manage financial and operational risks, including fluctuations in raw material prices, currency exchange considerations, and market disruptions
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including tax policies, audits, and industry-specific regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a collaborative environment with other departments such as procurement, operations, and sales to achieve organizational goals

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, ideally as a CFO, with a proven track record of success
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• CPA is a strong advantage
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• MSc/MBA is a plus
• Proficiency in 3M and CRM systems
• Expertise in accounting software systems and business systems
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions, auditing, and budget processes
• Experience with capital management and cash flow analysis
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
