CFO

As CFO, you are responsible for ensuring a reliable and efficient financial organization within ODS Energy Solutions. You oversee the day-to-day financial operations, review financial reports, and help shape the company’s financial strategy, budgets and objectives. As a member of the Management Team and a statutory director, you play an active role in the day-to-day management of ODS. You lead the Finance team in the Netherlands and are responsible for Finance, IT and Facilities. The Finance teams in the international subsidiaries report functionally to you. You are accountable for financial planning, the planning and control cycle, budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, the general ledger, reporting to the parent company, and global cash flow management. Together with the Management Team, you analyze business results and translate market developments into sound financial decisions. In addition, as National Compliance Officer, you are responsible for maintaining the Internal Control and Compliance Framework and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
