Job Description:

As a CFO, you will be tasked with managing our company's financial actions, including the development of financial strategies, performance monitoring, and the overseeing of accounting functions. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our financial performance and assisting in the company's strategic growth.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, implement, and manage financial strategies in line with the company's goals
Oversee and manage the organization's budgeting and forecasting processes
Direct and coordinate the company's financial planning and budget management functions
Manage and oversee the organization's cash flow analysis and capital management
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting
Perform internal audits, ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines
Implement and manage business and accounting software systems
Utilize CRM systems for financial data analysis and forecasting
Lead and manage relationships with external audit firms (including 'Big 4' Accounting Firms)
Oversee the implementation of ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial operations
Manage and utilize '3M' and 'D365' systems for efficient financial operations
Oversee and direct the company's accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Proven experience with 3M
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Excellent understanding of Business systems
Extensive experience in using CRM
Solid knowledge of Accounting Functions
Proficiency in Auditing
Detailed understanding of Budget Processes
Experience in Capital Management
Expertise in Cash Flow Analysis
Proficiency in D365
Prior experience in a Big 4 Accounting Firm
Comprehensive knowledge of Budgeting and Forecasting
