Requirements:
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a significant portion within a large-scale Wealth Management or Private Banking institution
Minimum 5 years of proven CFO or equivalent experience, serving as a strategic partner to executive-level business leaders
A visionary leader with a proven ability to anticipate market shifts, analyze competitive landscapes, and position a business for future growth
Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale digital transformation and change management within a complex financial services environment
Deep expertise in financial stewardship, including strategic planning, capital allocation, advanced analytics, and risk management
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among a diverse range of senior stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and develop large, global teams of high-caliber professionals
Master's degree or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred
