Our client is looking to fill the role of CFO - The Americas, reporting to the global CFO who is based in the London HQ. The region currently generates 50% of the revenues and combined with the continued scale up of the group this role will impact global strategy, integrate acquisitions, oversee cross border transactions, transfer pricing, investor requirements, high level board reporting, debt covenant reporting, internal controls and leading and mentoring a best in class team. NYC - 4 days a week in office $250,000 - $325,000 + bonus + equity + benefits inc pension

Job Responsibility

  • Drive and be the operational heartbeat of the finance functions with a global remit partnering with all the studios
  • Enhance the current financial infrastructure to be robust for when future acquisitions are integrated
