Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO Consultant to assist a dental practice owner in gaining a deeper understanding of their financial landscape while building a proactive financial model. This is a unique opportunity to assist a dental entrepreneur in transitioning from reactive financial processes to a proactive managerial framework.

Job Responsibility:

Review Financial Statements
Support a Growing Team
Develop Proactive Financial Tools
Educate the Business Owner
Collaborate with Team Members

Requirements:

Proficient in Xero accounting software
Prior experience in providing financial consulting services to small businesses, particularly within healthcare or dental practices
Demonstrated ability to create practical forecasting models and actionable financial frameworks
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
CPA or CMA designation preferred but not required
Strong communication and teaching abilities

Nice to have:

CPA or CMA designation
