Join Barclays as a CFO Business Partnering & Controls VP where you’ll have the chance to act as a liaison and trusted advisor to global business, driving financial insight, governance, and control excellence. In this role you will be responsible for leading financial planning processes (including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy), while ensuring the integrity of financial information and regulatory reporting. Job Responsibility:
Act as a liaison and trusted advisor to global business, driving financial insight, governance, and control excellence

Development and implementation of business unit financial strategies, plans and budgets
Development of financial models to forecast future performance, assess investment opportunities, and evaluate financial risks for business units
Cross functional collaboration to provide financial insights and guidance to business unit stakeholders
Identification of opportunities and implementation of financial process improvements
Support to business units in identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks
Analysis and presentation of financial data to provide insights into business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making
Requirements:
Ability to interpret complex financial data, simplify concepts, and deliver actionable insights using advanced tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Strong capability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, tailor communication for diverse audiences, and influence decision-making in a dynamic environment
