Job Responsibility

  • Execution of engineering services project in the field of CFD Analysis
  • Should have strong knowledge of chemical unit operations such as crushing, grinding, mixing, blending, coating, multiphase, multispecies, MRF simulation
  • Perform all simulation activities including geometry preparation, clean-up, meshing, Set-up, run and manage simulations, post-processing and prepare detailed presentation and results with analysis report
  • Responsible for ensuring quality of simulation by selecting appropriate methods, boundary conditions, meshing according to standards and physics
  • Apply simulation expertise to simplify design and models for obtaining quick and reliable results along with to develop and utilize User Defined Functions to add new physics to the CFD analysis
  • Develop parametric simulation methodologies along with post-processing short-keys to perform optimized CFD simulation and post-processing analysis

Requirements

  • He should have 2 to 3 yrs of hands-on working experience in handling CFD simulation projects
  • Good knowledge of Fluid Mechanics, Computational Fluid Dynamics and Control Volume Technique
  • Excellent hands of experience in ANSYS FLUENT and ROCKY software along with ANSYS software products like ANSYS Workbench or similar industry leading tools along with hands of experience in CAD (Working knowledge in CAD tools CATIA, SOLID WORKS etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with others in a diverse team environment
  • BE/BTech/ME/MTech or Equivalent in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Aeronautical/ Automotive Engineering or any equivalent Graduation
