Job Description:

The Customer Facing Commercial (CFC) Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in managing wholesaler relationships, supporting business operations, and ensuring effective customer engagement for assigned TA and/or products. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, aligning resource allocation with strategic plans, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management of Wholesaler Agreement
  • Aligning with operating plan process, provide guidance and prioritize resource allocation to achieve given budget & operating plan expectations
  • Collaborate closely with wholesalers to align on demand forecasts, ensuring efficient supply planning from our side without influencing their internal forecasting processes
  • Business Operations
  • Provide strategic input into business operations planning and actively shape the development and execution of business plans for relevant TAs/brands/products
  • Deliver targeted administrative and operational support to CFC, with a focus on optimizing budget utilization, streamlining resource deployment, and enhancing operational efficiency to enable agile decision-making and business impact
  • Timely update and feedback to CFC Lead any problems relating to assigned work/ update market information to the management
  • Ensure all activities are in line with company strategy and in compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or University degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Company / MNC
  • Corporate policy and related local regulations
  • Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken)
  • Interpersonal and Presentation skills
  • Time management skills, attention to detail, ability to manage files and records keeping, demonstrated ability to perform tasks under own initiative
  • Pharmaceutical or related field management experience
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership
  • Good communication skills
  • Understand pharmaceutical industry’s business standards and processes
