The Certinia Solution Architect designs and delivers solution architectures that support Forterro’s Professional Services (PS) strategy. Using deep Certinia expertise and a strong understanding of PS processes, the role ensures the effective integration and optimisation of Certinia within Forterro’s IT landscape. It leads technical workstreams, tackles complex challenges, collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders, supports external partners and works hands‑on with Certinia modules.
