Job Title: Certified Workday Financials Consultant Location: Baltimore, MD - Remote - Must be located in USA – Local to Baltimore is preferred. Duration: Long Term Must have Workday Partner Certifications and willing to Transfer the Certifications. If hold Pro-Certification must be willing to attend Certification exams before starting on the project. Minimum 2-3 Full lifecycle Project with Workday. Required Skills and Experience: 8-10 Years of experience with Workday financial integration involved designing, developing, and testing integrations between the Workday cloud application and other systems. Strong Experience with Workday Financial Module, understand Data Flow, Data Integrations and Data Conversion Concepts. Strong Experience with Workday Financials Reporting. Certifications with Workday Data Conversion or Advanced Data Conversion is huge Plus. Some responsibilities include: Designing integrations Lead the design of integrations between systems, including point-to-point systems and interchange services. Identifying and solving business problems Identify and solve complex business problems related to integrating Workday with other applications. Building and testing Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code bases. Managing projects Manage the integration development process, including ensuring timelines and quality. Collaborating with clients Collaborate with clients to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Troubleshooting Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, and provide technical support. Documenting processes Document integration processes and provide training to end-users. Some roles that involve Workday financial integration include: Workday Financials Integration Lead Responsible for designing integrations, identifying and solving business problems, and managing the integration development process. Workday Integration Analyst Responsible for integrating the Workday system with third-party systems, such as banking, payroll, and HR.
