Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist to support our Main Operating Room at Baptist Medical Center South. This Surgical Technologist position is a Full-Time Days working Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. This position will require taking call. This Surgical Technologist position is located at our South Campus. A surgical technologist in this role will work as part of the surgical services and operating room teams in the Main OR. The individual will assist the surgical team during surgeries, ensure a sterile environment, hand instruments to surgeons during procedures, and maintain patient safety. Between surgeries, the individual will clean and restock the operating room. Throughout the day, precision, attention to detail, and teamwork are paramount in providing quality patient care.
