Job Responsibility

  • Preparation of audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statements of the business entities
  • Representation of clients' businesses before Federal and all State Tax authorities for audit and examination
  • Tax planning and advisory services
  • Preparation of Audited financials of 401(K) and other employees' pension plans of the business entities
  • Preparation of FS by using ACS and QuickBooks, i.e., accounting software for the client's monthly and quarterly reports
  • Prepare sales tax returns - monthly, quarterly, for different states, and make pre-payments
  • Prepare tax returns - individual, corporation, partnership, non-profit
  • Prepare payroll returns - quarterly
  • Prepare the business property tax

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, and 2 years of experience
