Job Responsibility

  • Provide accounting and bookkeeping support, including journal entries and transaction classification
  • Prepare individual and S‑Corporation tax returns
  • Process payroll using Gusto and ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • File sales tax, B& O tax, and other state/local tax reports
  • Maintain organized, accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

Requirements

  • Active CPA license
  • 3–5 years of experience in tax and accounting
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
  • Experience using payroll systems such as Gusto and ADP
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
