Job Description

Join a dedicated surgical team as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) in Walla Walla, Washington. In this role, you'll assist in the operating room by preparing and maintaining sterile fields across a variety of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, ENT, OB/GYN, and plastics. Your expertise in scrubbing on diverse procedures, including robotics with DaVinci, will be essential to ensuring smooth surgeries. The assignment offers flexible shifts, typically 8 hours during the day, with on-call duties that include one weeknight and one weekend every six weeks. Expect to float between units as needed, with a focus on maintaining sterile technique and supporting surgical teams during critical moments. This contract provides an opportunity to hone your skills in a fast-paced environment while experiencing the charm of Walla Walla's local culture and community.
