Certified Nurse Aide CNA $2500 Sign On Bonus!! Location: Washington, Pennsylvania Schedule: All shifts available! About the Role: Premier Washington Health Center, a leading rehabilitation and nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide CNA to join our team! As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, clinical support, and exceptional service to our residents. With a $2500 Sign On Bonus!!, you will be rewarded for your hard work and commitment to delivering outstanding care.

Job Responsibility

Provide basic nursing care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers for residents, ensuring their safety and comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols and nursing standards
Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the interdisciplinary team
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Prior experience preferred, new grads welcome to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of nursing principles and practices
