Requirements

Certified Industrial Millwright (433A)
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment
A deep-rooted commitment to workplace safety and procedural compliance
Proven ability to work effectively as an independent contributor and as a supportive team member
Must have a 433a license with at least 5 years of experience

Job Responsibility

Execute routine PMs including lubrication, hydraulics, and electrical/control system checks
Diagnose and repair complex issues within hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, valving, and powered conveyance
Handle the fabrication and installation of hard-piped airlines and various welded assemblies throughout the plant
Set up and troubleshoot electric torque runners, vision cameras, and pneumatic lifting devices
Troubleshoot electrical controls and circuits (up to 575V/30A)
Support robotic operations by troubleshooting programs, end effectors, and general mechanical issues
Assist with PLC troubleshooting, including monitoring and implementing simple program changes
Modify and relocate electrical circuits (up to 120V/15A) and support larger-scale electrical projects
Perform general repairs to the facility (doors, drywall, painting) and minor plumbing tasks (fixtures, valves)
Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) processes and standard safety protocols

Requirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred
Must be a Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright or have completed an Industrial Mechanic Millwright Apprenticeship
Power Engineer Certificate is a requirement.
Knowledge of machine control systems, safety control system and troubleshooting them.
Willing to contribute and dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint.
Bottle and Can Line maintenance experience in the food/packaged goods industry is an asset.
Able to work with machine shop tools and welders in a safe productive setting.
Ability to read and understand layout drawings and machine parts manuals.
Must be able to lift/carry 50-85 lbs. Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to perform frequent standing, bending, twisting, crawling, kneeling, squatting, climbing, reaching and grasping

Job Responsibility

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
Repair building system
Changeover production line equipment
Upgrade areas with new equipment/technology, working with outside contractors
Interact daily with computerized maintenance and parts programs
Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner
Follow the direction of Maintenance Lead-hand, Supervisors and Department Managers
Able to work in a multi-department team environment
Keep work area orderly and clean

Job Responsibility

Work in a safe manner using established SOPs, following all lockouts and protocols, and completing PTHAs
Preventative maintenance and repair of conveyors, various belt and chain transfer and drive systems, sawing, debarking, sorting, stacking, and compressors
Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and parts during the assembly, installation, set-up and repair of equipment and machinery
Work in man-lifts with the use of fall protection equipment
Repair and maintenance of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves and cylinders
Work positively in a team environment
