The Epic BI DeveloperCogito SuiteEpic Clarity and Caboodle will design, develop, and maintain data analytics and reporting solutions using Epic’s, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, actionable insights that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. This role emphasizes building high-quality, performance-optimized data models, dashboards, and reports using, with a strong focus on data integrity and usability. This position will primarily support Revenue Cycle analyticsEpic HB and/or PB certifications, so experience with revenue cycle data models is strongly preferred. Candidates with are highly desirable, along with strong SQL skills and healthcare analytics experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful outcomes while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data analytics and reporting solutions using Epic’s
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, actionable insights that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making
  • Build high-quality, performance-optimized data models, dashboards, and reports
  • Build and testing of the full suite of Epic Cogito reporting tools including self-service tools (SlicerDicer), dashboards (Radar), reports (Reporting Workbench), and extracts (SQL, Extract Framework, Clarity, Caboodle)
  • Learn Epic's capabilities and functional use, and apply experiential knowledge in the build, testing, implementation, and long-term support of the Epic analytics tools
  • Report to a centralized analytics team but will be matrixed with one or more application-specific teams to ensure integration of workflows and analytics
