Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering and supporting engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Building trusting and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records in line with National Quality Standards (NQS) and school policies
  • Collaborating with your team to design enriching, curiosity-driven experiences
  • Supporting daily routines and ensuring smooth operations
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for nurturing meaningful relationships with children
  • A Certificate III, Graduate Diploma, or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with full working rights in Australia
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and EYLF
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive attitude
