Job Responsibility:

Delivering and supporting engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Building trusting and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Documenting and maintaining accurate records in line with National Quality Standards (NQS) and school policies
Collaborating with your team to design enriching, curiosity-driven experiences
Supporting daily routines and ensuring smooth operations
Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture

Requirements:

A genuine passion for nurturing meaningful relationships with children
A Certificate III, Graduate Diploma, or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with full working rights in Australia
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and EYLF
Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive attitude
