Randstad Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Educators to join a boutique, privately owned early learning centre in the Inner Brisbane area. Job Responsibility

  • Providing high-quality care and education, ensuring children feel safe, secure, and supported
  • Contributing to the planning and implementation of stimulating, child-led educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
  • Upholding the centre philosophy, ensuring the environment remains a safe, friendly, and reflective extension of family-owned values
  • Creating inclusive environments that empower children to express their unique identity and build meaningful friendships
  • Building strong, positive, and open relationships with children, families, and your fellow educators
  • Maintaining excellent health, safety, and compliance standards within your room

Requirements

  • Approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved), or actively studying towards one
  • Valid Blue Card (Paid/Current)
  • Mandatory Child Safety Training (Geccko)
  • Good understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
