Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Cert 3 & Diploma Qualified Educators to join the team at our Merrylands. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll help deliver high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Job Responsibility:

Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive
Delivering high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Leading a room and mentoring educators

Requirements:

Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Valid Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection training/certificate
Experience leading a room and mentoring educators
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
