Job Description
The Ceremonies Production Integration role is a key position within the FIFA World Cup 26™ Events & Entertainment Team (EET), consolidating the responsibilities of Production Leaders, Production Managers, Operations Managers, Show Delivery Managers, Scenic/Systems Managers, Site & Load Out Managers, Dissolution Managers, PMC & Operations Managers, and Production Support roles across all ceremonies programs. These programs include Opening Ceremony (OC), the Ceremony of the Opening Country Match USA (OCM USA), the Ceremony of the Opening Country Match Canada (OCM CAN), the Closing Ceremony (CC), the Halftime Show at the Final (HT), the Trophy and Awards Ceremony (TRO) and the Bronze Final (3rd). This role supports the full lifecycle of ceremonies and stadium entertainment – from concept development and technical/production planning, through rehearsals, live show delivery, site and back-of-house operations, to dissolution, load out, and legacy handover. It ensures that all ceremonies-related production, staging, scenic, systems, site operations, and logistics are delivered on time, safely, efficiently, and in alignment with FIFA’s creative vision, operational standards, and safety policies. The position works in close collaboration with EET internal departments, Event Management Companies (EMCs), stadium management, Logistics, Venue Management, Broadcast, Marketing, IT, Security, Accreditation, Workforce & Volunteers, and other FIFA World Cup 26™ Functional Areas (FAs). The role also plays a central part in managing documentation, project plans, production schedules, call sheets, reports, creative assets, and operational data to support seamless ceremonies delivery across multiple venues and territories (Canada, USA, Mexico). This is a high-intensity, live-event operations role requiring strong project management, show delivery, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a stadium environment.
