Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary, technically-grounded Chief Executive Officer to lead my client into its next phase of exponential growth. As a leader who speaks the language of both the boardroom and the engineering floor, you will be responsible for aligning our cutting-edge technical capabilities with ambitious market strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling technology companies, a deep understanding of software as a service, and the executive presence to inspire investors, employees, and customers alike.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision and corporate strategy. Ensure that the product roadmap remains at the forefront of industry innovation
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all operations, ensuring the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to grow effectively
  • Product & Tech Advocacy: Serve as the 'Technical North Star.' While you won't be writing code daily, you must understand the architectural implications of business decisions and bridge the gap between engineering and sales
  • Financial Stewardship: Drive the company’s financial performance. Manage budgets, capital allocation
  • Market Positioning: Act as the primary spokesperson for the company. Build strong relationships with key partners, enterprise clients, and the broader tech community
  • Culture & Talent: Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that attracts and retains top-tier engineering and business talent

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Executive Experience: 10+ years in executive leadership (CEO, COO, CTO, or SVP) within a high-growth tech environment
  • Technical Depth: Demonstrated ability to engage in deep-dive technical discussions and evaluate the business impact of emerging technologies
  • Fundraising Track Record: Proven success in raising venture capital or managing complex private equity relationships

MBA is a plus but not required
