Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end CRM strategy for sweepstakes across email, mobile, web, and in-app channels to drive activation, retention, and lifetime value
Build, mentor and scale a high-performing CRM team
partner with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Events, and PR
Define, monitor and report key metrics
run experiments, optimise campaigns, and ensure compliant data practices and privacy across regions
Drive lifecycle programmes—onboarding, activation, re-engagement, segmentation, automation and cross-sell within sweepstakes products
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategy, translate market insights into the product roadmap, and pursue leadership opportunities at the CEO/COO/MD level
Ensure governance, risk and compliance for sweepstakes activities, maintaining ethical standards and industry best practices
Requirements:
6-8 years of CRM experience
solid background in sweepstakes gambling
track record of moving from a senior CRM role into an executive leadership path
