Job Description:

We're looking for a high-potential CEO Office Associate who will work closely with our CEO and support strategic and operational processes at the heart of Hummingdrone’s growth. You’ll gain direct exposure to high-level decision-making while contributing to the day-to-day execution of our roadmap. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, proactive, and eager to learn from a fast-moving technology startup.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the CEO with daily planning, prioritization, and task follow-up
  • Take detailed and actionable notes during internal and external meetings
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and investor updates
  • Coordinate scheduling, including executive meetings and events
  • Track progress on CEO-level projects and follow up with stakeholders
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing documents
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Turkish and English)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
