Job Description:

An exclusive retail destination nestled in one of KL’s most prestigious residential areas, known for its sophisticated ambience and high-end offerings tailored for discerning shoppers

Job Responsibility:

Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to ensure the mall’s growth aligns with broader business objectives and market positioning
Oversee all aspects of mall operations, including leasing, tenant relations, marketing, financial performance (P&L), facilities management, operations, and customer service
Formulate and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term asset value
Drive occupancy growth and optimize rental income through proactive leasing strategies and targeted marketing campaigns
Ensure that marketing and promotional activities are aligned with consumer needs, market trends, and brand positioning to attract and retain footfall
Foster strong relationships with tenants, vendors, local authorities, and other key stakeholders to encourage collaboration and business growth
Lead budgeting and financial management, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and sustainable profitability

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in mall leasing and/or marketing, with a strong emphasis on candidates who have demonstrated capabilities in both areas
The ideal candidate is looking to make a vertical move - stepping up from a specialized role (e.g., Leasing Manager) to take on broader responsibilities as a Centre Manager
Driven, ambitious, and assertive, with excellent negotiation skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
