Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise daily mall operations including maintenance, security, and cleanliness standards
  • Coordinate with custodial, security, and maintenance teams to ensure optimal facility conditions
  • Manage common area utilities, HVAC systems, and emergency procedures
  • Oversee parking lot maintenance and traffic flow management
  • Serve as primary liaison between mall ownership and retail tenants
  • Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant compliance issues
  • Conduct regular tenant meetings and address concerns or disputes
  • Ensure tenant adherence to lease terms, operating hours, and mall policies
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets
  • Monitor revenue streams including rent collection, percentage rent, and common area charges
  • Analyze financial reports and occupancy rates
  • Coordinate with accounting teams on tenant billing and collections
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic
  • Coordinate mall-wide events, seasonal promotions, and community activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in retail management, property management, or commercial real estate

  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
