Job Description:

As the Centre Director, you will report to the Director of Operations and hold full accountability for the facility’s success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operational leadership: managing daily operations, fiscal management, budgeting, and ensuring facility funds and property are secured
  • Academic quality & student services: overseeing curriculum quality and coordinating student services from counseling to activities and reports
  • Growth & business development: developing annual business plans and executing sales presentations to corporate clients to ensure full capacity
  • Team management: supervising hiring, training, and performance evaluation of all staff
  • Stakeholder relations: maintaining relationships with government agencies, landlords, and partner institutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • At least 3 years of experience managing an education centre (preferably EFL programme) with full supervisory responsibilities
  • Significant cross-cultural or international experience is a strong advantage
