Centre Manager & Ect | Central Coast Job at Randstad (Narara)

Job Responsibility

Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication
Inspire and support educators and teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth
Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children’s holistic development
Prioritise children’s safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity
Collaborate alongside team of educators in the room to provide high-quality care and education for the children
Build and maintain positive and trusting relationships with the children, families, and staff members
Implement education and care programs that meet the holistic needs of the individual child as part of a community through weekly programming and children's observations
Have a sound knowledge of current child care practices, the Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures, Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Framework
Be reliable, respectful and work constructively with your colleagues and other professionals

Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA-approved
Minimum 1-3 years of prior experience
Current Working with Children’s Check
Recent Child Protection Training/Safeguarding
Current First-Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training)
Passionate belief in the early years care, development and education of children
Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Adaptability, flexibility and resilience and is able to respond positively to change
